• Robot-assisted System for CT-guided Liver Radiofrequency Ablation Designing a robot-assisted treatment planning system with the goal of making liver radiofrequency ablation more accurate. Already created a software prototype planning system that includes medical image processing (segmentation and registration), medical image visualization and manual trajectory planning. Currently developing a registration method for pre-operative enhanced CT images to intra-operative CT images during CT-guided liver ablation. | Tsinghua University (May 2017-present) | |
• Color-coded Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) Developed software in Matlab to implement color coding of digital subtraction angiography based on local DSA data. Results from this can show time information of DSA in a single color image. Implemented a Demons registration method to reduce motion artifacts and make color-coded images clearer.

• CT Image Quality Assessment Analyzed the factors that affect CT image quality and improved existing assessment methods to make them more objective. Developed software in C++ to implement image quality assessment. Improved the existing method of calculating MTF based on a CT image of point source inserted in phantom and made the MTF results more stable.
| Tsinghua University (Sep. 2016 - Mar. 2017) | |
• National University Student Innovation Program Designed a personalized treatment system for amblyopia based on the pattern visual evoked potential. Developed a software in Labview to control ADS1299EEG Front-end (EEG device) to acquire EEG signal. Developed a method to extract pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) based on EEG. Analyzed the relationship between pattern visual evoked potential and stimulation pattern and found the optimal pattern to cure amblyopia.
